The simplest and secure
way to place your order
is through our online shopping
cart using VISA, MasterCard,
and Discover. We also accept
check and credit card orders
through the mail. Please
use the shopping cart system
for mail in orders, and
print out the final order
to mail. Specify any unique
ordering or shipping requests
under "Special
Instructions" in
the Shopping Cart. Your
order will be confirmed
via email. We will ship
to virtually any address
in the world.
Please make your check
or postal money order (drawn
on U.S. banks only) payable
to Stitch
'Em Up and
enclose with the completed
form.
If you have a 'spam-guard'
from Earthlink or similar,
or an AOL block on your
email, confirmation of
your order and shipment
information will bounce
back to us and you will
receive no
correspondence regarding your order.
Insurance
Because of steadily increasing
number of orders going
astray once shipped, we're
offering Insurance
coverage. $2.00 will cover
up to $100 worth of product
for Free replacement. Insurance
on your order against damage
or loss, means that Stitch
'Em Up will
cover
product replacement. If you decline the insurance option and something does happen to your order, we cannot automatically replace it.
Shipping & Handling
- All orders are shipped
within 48 hours of receipt
via USPS First Class
mail.
- If there is any delay
in shipping, we will
contact you as to your
preferences.
- Shipping charges listed
below are for United
States.
- Canadian
and Mexico shipments will have an
additional postal charge
of $3.25.
- International shipments
will have an additional
postal charge of $6.50 applied.
- If you require a special
shipping method or rush
delivery, please contact
us directly.
Returns Policy
We appreciate your business
and will accept returns
on any unused patterns
and merchandise.
- Must be returned unused,
and in good condition
within 30 days of purchase.
(If you have a special
situation, please contact
us.)
- You must contact
us before returning any
merchandise for a RMA
(returns merchandise
authorization) number
or your refund will not
be processed.
- Returns over $15 will
incur a 10% restocking
fee.
- Please include a copy
or your invoice with
any return if possible.
- A refund check will
be issued within *three
days of receipt of merchandise.
Note: if you paid by
check, your check will
have had to have cleared
the bank before issuing
a refund.
- We're sorry but shipping
charges are not refundable.
*Stitch 'Em Up is closed
at times during the year
for retail shows. Returns
received then will be mailed
within one week of our
return to the office.
